Office 365 has made the work of different professionals as well organizations a bit easier. It has brought a complete set of applications into one suite through which we can work more efficiently and can brought productivity into our tasks. It is a complete suite comprising of emailing, calendars, file sharing, MS Office Web Applications, Web conferencing and additionally it is mobile like we can use it via our smart phones and other smart devices.

Other basic features like Outlook Web Access, anti virus, Office Web Apps, these are ranging from $2 to $10 per user for 30 days. The users can subscribe to its constituents with the prices for Exchange Online Kiosk for $2 per user for one month, Office Web Apps for $6 per user for one month and SharePoint Online Kiosk cannot be taken alone.

Whereas the information worker subscription is a much more enhanced plan offering extended features from the Kiosk worker plan. Here the users can use up to 25GB mailbox space and 500MB SharePoint space. It has Lync and advanced SharePoint capabilities. The pricing can be varied according to the components that a user subscribes. Office 365 has enhanced the cloud computing a level higher and made it easy for the people to use it according to their own convenience.

Online collaboration is also easy using this suite as you can easily check what others are writing in the documents and editing can be done without the need to create multiple documents. Additionally these programs can be used with the smart phones, iPhones, Android devices, BlackBerry. It is just a small introduction and comparison between the Office 365 plans and its features through which we can reduce our cost of our IT infrastructure management.
